Requirements
What You Bring to the Table

Expert-Level Skill — Advanced knowledge of automotive systems including electrical, drivability, transmission, and engine diagnostics.

Quality of Workmanship — You hold yourself to the highest standards, ensuring every repair is completed with accuracy, care, and integrity. You never “just get it done” — you get it done right.

Experience & Certification —
- GM Certified or ASE Master Technician status preferred (but not required).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in automotive diagnostics and repair.
- GM Certified or ASE Master Technician status preferred (but not required).
- Problem-Solving Ability — Strong diagnostic and analytical skills to efficiently identify issues and recommend proper repairs.

Technical Aptitude — Proficiency with GM diagnostic systems, tools, and digital service platforms.

Communication & Teamwork — Able to clearly explain findings and collaborate effectively with Service Advisors and other technicians.

Efficiency & Productivity — Proven ability to manage time, maximize flag hours, and maintain high CSI scores.

Continuous Learning — Commitment to staying current with evolving vehicle technologies and participating in manufacturer training.

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

GM Certification – Strong familiarity with GM systems, platforms, and repair processes a huge plus.

CDK Experience – Preferred but not required; we’ll train the right candidate.
Education & Licensing

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Automotive technical school or ASE certification preferred.

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record required.
