Yard Services Specialist, you’ll help ensure customers receive the right materials—safely, efficiently, and with excellent service.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, problem-solving, and being part of a team.
Key
Responsibilities
- Unload, receive, label, and stage materials accurately
- Build and verify outgoing loads for safety and accuracy
- Assist customers with material pick-ups and product questions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and warehouse
- Collaborate with team members, vendors, and customers

What We’re Looking For
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and tasks
- Clear communication and active listening skills
- Fork Lift skills
- Physically able to:
- Lift up to 100 lbs
- Work outdoors year-round
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum age: 18
- Chauffeur’s license or CDL preferred (not required - we will sponsor this for you)
