SUMMARY:
Oversee daily inventory concerning cycle counting, inventory reconciliation and system inquiries. Providing a productive and safe work environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Basic understanding of physical inventory and cycle counting process.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- 2 years of leadership experience

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred and/or five years of previous supervisory/management duties in a distribution environment, logistics or manufacturing environment.
SPECIFIC SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Strong people-to-people skills
- Strong math and systems AS-400 Skills
- The ability to effectively communicate with the staff and have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- AS-400 and Microsoft Excel
- The ability to multitask; work independently, and with general guidelines.
- The ability to maintain a safe work environment.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Language skills allow employee to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals.

- Able to lift and carry 35 pounds regularly and consistently.
- Must be able to work in extreme temperatures for extended periods of time.
