Position Overview
We’re seeking a motivated Part-Time Recruiter to help us find top talent for our growing team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about people, organized, and comfortable managing the full recruitment process—from sourcing to onboarding coordination.
You’ll play a key role in identifying candidates for roles such as Insurance Sales Agents, Intake Specialists, Customer Service Representatives, Marketing Associates, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Post, update, and manage job listings on multiple hiring platforms
- Review applications, screen candidates, and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers
- Assist with onboarding communication and documentation
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking in our HR systems
- Represent Prestige Trucking Insurance professionally and positively in all candidate interactions
Qualifications
- 1 year of recruiting or HR experience preferred (insurance or sales recruiting a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience using platforms like really, ZipRecruiter, or BambooHR
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
