Pay: $30–$38/hr (based on experience)

About The Role
We’re seeking a Certified Sterile Processing Technician to support a high-quality surgical environment. This role focuses heavily on instrumentation, tray assembly, sterilization workflows, and documentation.
What You’ll Do
- Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and set up OR instrument trays with strong attention to detail
- Operate and monitor sterilization equipment, including:
- Steam / gravity sterilizers
- STERRAD systems
- Experience with multiple sterilizer types preferred
- Maintain accurate logs/records and support compliance standards
- Work closely with OR teams to ensure instrumentation readiness and organization
- Current Sterile Processing certification required (Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician)
- 2–3 years experience as an Instrument Room Technician / Sterile Processing Tech
- Strong knowledge of OR instrumentation and tray assembly
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain records
- Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items
Salary : $30 - $38
