Requirements
- Proven experience in automation testing, with a focus on Python and Pytest
- Strong SQL skills, with experience working with dbt preferred
- Knowledge of behavior-driven development (BDD) approaches (e.g., Cucumber, Gherkin)
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud data lakehouse technologies such as Databricks or Snowflake
- Ability to understand business data needs and translate them into test requirements
- Experience collaborating within agile Scrum teams
- Excellent attention to detail and a risk-based approach to testing
- Engage with stakeholders early to understand data requirements and convert them into test cases
- Develop and maintain automated tests to verify code quality and prevent regressions
- Build and expand automation frameworks to improve testing effectiveness and efficiency
- Collaborate with data engineers and quality engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Participate in code reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Contribute to building a quality-first mindset across the organization
- Support CI/CD processes through integrated testing solutions using Azure Pipelines
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
