Requirements
- 3-4 years of healthcare customer service or inbound sales experience
- Excellent communication, active listening, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Knowledge of CMS compliance guidelines and healthcare industry trends
- Build rapport with prospective and current patients, making them feel valued and understood
- Educate patients on service offerings and address concerns to facilitate decision-making
- Record interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up on patient inquiries or grievances
- Conduct outbound calls to re-engage disenrolled or dissatisfied patients using retention strategies
- Analyze patient satisfaction data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to optimize patient experience initiatives
- Monitor and report on patient satisfaction scores, developing action plans as needed
- Support the design and delivery of communication plans and patient programs
- Stay informed on industry best practices and incorporate them into daily activities
