Requirements
- 2 years experience in security awareness, cybersecurity, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as KnowBe4, Proofpoint, or Cofense
- Proven ability to develop and deliver training, preferably via an LMS
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills capable of engaging large audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Event planning or program coordination experience
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to multiple company sites
- Design and execute monthly security awareness campaigns, including phishing simulations and follow-up training
- Manage annual security awareness training programs through the company LMS in partnership with HR
- Travel to company sites to deliver in-person security awareness presentations and training
- Plan and coordinate a flagship in-person event during Cybersecurity Awareness Month in October
- Track, analyze, and report on program metrics such as phishing click rates, training completion, and threat awareness trends
- Collaborate with IT, HR, Communications, and leadership teams at various locations to tailor messaging and increase engagement
- Develop and curate cybersecurity training materials, presentations, and awareness campaigns aligned with current threat landscape
- Serve as an internal security communication bridge, delivering updates and addressing employee questions on security policies and threats
