Responsibilities
- Oversee daily CSC operations including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
- Monitor call volume, quality assurance, and productivity metrics.
- Handle escalated and overflow calls as needed.
- Manage attendance, hiring, and disciplinary matters.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments and vendors to improve service delivery.
- Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Prepare reports and track key performance indicators.
- Assist in implementing new technology, processes, and service enhancements.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service or dispatch environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
- Ability to interpret data and make informed operational decisions.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
