Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
- 7 years of progressive financial experience, with prior leadership as a Controller or senior accountant
- Extensive knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Data Rails, G Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with accounting system conversions or ERP implementations highly desirable
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to guide business decisions
- Assist with cash flow planning, liquidity management, and banking relationships
- Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance, coordinating external audits
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes, including project cost accounting
- Manage financial systems, participate in their improvement and conversion projects
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with company objectives
