Civil Litigation Attorney

Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a Los Angeles-based law firm specializing in California lemon law. We represent clients across the state who have purchased defective vehicles that qualify as lemons.

We are seeking Associate Attorneys with Civil Litigation 0-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop case strategy

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• 0–5 years of litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience in personal injury, lemon law, or insurance defense is a plus

Pay: $130,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
