Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Attorney. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling various litigation tasks including drafting legal documents, preparing and arguing motions, attending court sessions, managing trials, and conducting depositions. The role demands strong legal acumen and the ability to work collaboratively with the legal team to provide top-notch representation to our clients.
Qualifications
- At least 3-15 years of experience in civil litigation practice for commercial business disputes, professional responsibility, employment law and/or personal injury
- Experience with drafting and arguing motions
- Familiarity with State and Federal Courts and court procedures
- Skills in managing trials and trial preparation
- Experience in conducting depositions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and member of the California Bar
