Opportunity Overview
A consumer-focused litigation practice in Los Angeles is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney with up to two years of experience who is passionate about protecting California consumers. This role offers immediate, hands-on exposure to all phases of civil litigation in a top-tier law firm–style environment, from written discovery and e-discovery to oral argument and depositions.
You’ll work closely with experienced trial lawyers, gaining the kind of courtroom and case experience that typically takes years to develop—ideal for attorneys who want to grow quickly toward a partner-track position in consumer and commercial litigation.

Key Responsibilities
• Draft written discovery, review responses, and help shape overall discovery strategy.
• Participate in e-discovery document review projects using technology-driven workflows.
• Prepare and draft motions related to discovery disputes and case management.
• Argue motions and other matters in California state and/or federal courts.
• Attend and defend client depositions, with increasing responsibility over time.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness outlines, and higher-stakes depositions.

Qualifications
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• California Bar required and in good standing.
• 0–1 year of litigation experience as a California-licensed attorney (externships, clerkships, or clinic experience helpful).
• Interest in consumer work, complex commercial litigation, and class or mass-type matters.
• Willingness to learn and apply technology solutions in litigation and e-discovery.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
