• Prepare for and appear at state court hearings on a regular basis

• Draft, file, and argue motions including motions to compel, demurrers, and motions for summary judgment

• Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests

• Review and analyze opposing party submissions and develop strategic responses

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on consumer litigation issues

• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and litigation plans

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience as a Consumer Litigation Associate Attorney

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Admission to practice law (California Bar required)

• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Experience through internships, clerkships, or clinics preferred

• Demonstrated interest in consumer rights and civil litigation

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
