About the Role
Pressed Café is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Juice & Smoothie Barista to support daily juice production and café operations.
Training will begin in a barista role to build a strong foundation in our service standards and beverage program. From there, you will transition into smoothie production responsibilities. This position requires flexibility; when smoothie production volume is lower, you may support the team by working as a barista.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring our smoothies meet company standards for freshness, quality, and consistency while maintaining an upbeat and guest-focused atmosphere.
What You’ll Do
- Wash, prep, and properly store fresh fruits and vegetables daily
- Prepare smoothies according to company recipes and quality standards
- Safely operate and clean commercial juicing equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe prep environment at all times
- Monitor ingredient quality and communicate low inventory to management
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures consistently
- Support the front-of-house team during busy shifts when needed
- Provide friendly, upbeat service to every guest
What You Bring
- Line prep experience working with fresh fruits and vegetables
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Early morning availability preferred
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs (cases of produce)
- Food service or prep experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a production-focused, fast-paced environment
- Able to safely lift and move cases of produce
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
