Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Med Tech – Strabane Woods of Washington
Washington, PA
Full-time and Part-time, Non-exempt
Current opportunity is for the Evening Shift with hours from 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM including rotating weekends and holidays.
Starting Pay: $16.74/hour - $21.75/hour; Depending on experience
**Eligible for up to a $500 Sign on Bonus**

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Med Tech provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLS). All resident care is provided in a manner that meets the resident’s physical, mental and psychosocial needs and enables the individual to attain and maintain the highest practical level of functioning.

Requirements for the Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Med Tech
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
- Experience in Senior Living preferred.
- Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
- Proven leadership experience preferred.
- Med Techs must be able to produce all documentation to prove received certificate in Medication Administration, including observation and insulin administration.
