Washington, PA – Full Time, Non-exempt; M-F with occasional weekends and/or evenings
Starting Pay: $20.31/hour - $25.40/hour; depending on experience

The Administrative Assistant/Move-In Coordinator serves as both administrative assistant to the Senior Director of the Washington campus, and as support to the Sales Advisor, particularly in the area of customer and new resident move-in logistics, to include providing excellent customer service and office support as needed.

Requirements for the Administrative Assistant/Move-In Coordinator:
Three years of related experience. College degree is preferred.
- Proficient in oral and written communication in English. Must be able to read and analyze business and professional journals and effectively communicate to stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively.
- Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages; solve practical problems with limited standardization; and interpret a variety of written and oral instructions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software.
- Manage details when working with both a big- and small-picture viewpoint.
- Maintain consistently excellent customer service despite changing and, sometimes, emotionally charged situations.
- Must be able to work independently and deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
