About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Computational Biologist to lead the development of systems biology models and predictive simulations that power Prepaire’s digital twin and precision medicine initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of biology, computation, and clinical insight.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and refine systems biology and disease progression models
- Integrate multi-omics data into predictive and simulation-based frameworks
- Build models to support treatment response and precision medicine strategies
- Collaborate closely with bioinformatics, clinical, and product teams to translate insights into impact
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in systems biology modeling and simulation
- Proficiency in Python and/or R
- Experience with modeling tools such as COPASI, CellDesigner, or similar platforms
- Ability to translate complex biological systems into computational frameworks
Education & Experience
- PhD in Computational Biology, Systems Biology, or a related field
- 3–7 years of post-doctoral or industry experience
