The certified HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems that keep Premium Property Management’s properties comfortable and efficient. This role delivers high-quality service while supporting our mission of creating and maintaining exceptional living and working environments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose equipment issues and recommend solutions that optimize performance and longevity.
- Perform installations for new construction, remodels, and replacement projects.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable HVAC codes, EPA regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Provide professional communication and exceptional service to tenants, property managers, and team members.
- Complete accurate work orders, service reports, and documentation.
- Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and inventory in clean, safe condition.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians.
- Participate in ongoing training and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- EPA Section 608 Certification (required).
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Minimum 5 years of residential and/or commercial HVAC experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, mechanical codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with multifamily or commercial properties preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
