We currently have a career opportunity for a Full-time Digital Banking Specialist to join our Digital Banking team at our Fort Atkinson location. 


POSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Banking Specialist provides professional and timely support to customers and employees using PremierBank’s digital banking platforms. This position assists with daily inquiries, troubleshooting, account implementations, and customer training to ensure a positive digital experience. The role also supports operational processes such as fraud review, audits, and compliance activities, while contributing to Treasury Management services, cross-department collaboration, and continuous process improvement.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 

  • Provide professional, friendly, and timely support to customers and employees regarding digital banking platforms, including, but not limited to: Online/Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Deposit, Wire Transfers, ACH Transfers, P2P transfers, External Transfers, and debit cards.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails, managing inquiries from start to finish and ensure timely resolution.
  • Act as a resource for PremierBank’s digital banking products, assisting with troubleshooting and customer support as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date processes, procedures, and documentation to support operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Review and resolve exception items and potential fraud cases in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve discrepancies and customer requests related to digital banking operations.
  • Assist in preparation and research pertaining to auditing, examinations, and monitoring requests.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation process for online Treasury Management accounts and provide product support for customers.
  • Work with customers to identify needs within the Treasury Management platform and support appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct client tutorials (onsite and virtual) for Treasury Management and other digital platforms and perform post-onboarding reviews to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction.
  • Track and monitor customer implementations and related requests to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Monitor digital banking reports daily, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution of outstanding items.
  • Support team members by sharing knowledge, assisting with problem-solving, and helping onboard/train new staff.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in digital processes and participate in the development of new procedures.
  • Assist with additional projects or duties as assigned by the VP/Director of Digital Banking.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Previous banking industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to navigate internet-based systems
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and apply analytical reasoning
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Maintains professionalism and courtesy under pressure; reliable and requires minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform essential job functions.
  • Displays initiative, energy, and commitment to learning and professional growth
