As our Lead PT, you’ll be a cornerstone of our clinical excellence, guiding outcomes, mentoring PTAs, and championing the patient experience.
- Mentor & oversee PTAs and support staff
- Deliver and model elite-level patient care
- Lead restorative care evaluations and track outcomes
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state licensure
- Collaborate with leadership to improve systems & drive patient transformation
- Promote our mission of comprehensive, outcomes-based care
- Licensed and in good standing - Physical Therapy
- A clinical leader with strong communication skills
