ARE YOU THE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST OUR TEAM NEEDS?
We need someone who is:
- A great communicator with a flair for empathy and patient engagement.

- Willing to learn about sales processes and collaboration with marketing.
Experience in sales processes and collaboration with marketing is preferred but not required!
WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you're at the heart of our practice's operations, delivering exceptional service to our patients. Your responsibilities include engaging with new patients over the phone with professionalism and empathy, ensuring they receive informative responses to their inquiries. You're in charge of scheduling appointments, carefully assessing and qualifying new patients to ensure efficient and optimal scheduling. Handling financial transactions is a key part of your role, where accuracy and transparency are paramount.
Additionally, you meticulously manage patient data to uphold precision and confidentiality. Collaborating with our marketing team, you work to attract and engage patients effectively, advocating for tailored offers to meet individual needs. With your upbeat demeanor and straightforward approach, you're instrumental in ensuring our patients feel valued and supported from the moment they reach out to us.
Plan to work the following hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:15 AM to 7:30 PM
- Tuesday and Thursday: 8:15 AM to 1:30 PM
- Every other Saturday: 8:15 AM to 1:30 PM
