What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Therapist: Hold a valid license in psychotherapy, social work or psychology.
- Pre-Licensed Therapist: Master’s level therapist or social worker (Bachelor's level therapist will not be considered).
- Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices. Experience working with anxiety disorders is REQUIRED.
- Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Professionalism: Demonstrates professionalism and reliability in maintaining accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical standards, as well as meeting client appointments and practice deadlines.

Requirements:
- Current Professional Liability Insurance or willingness to obtain coverage prior to starting
- Ability to provide clearances and pass a criminal background check
- Proficient in conducting virtual therapy sessions using secure online platforms.
- Experience working with anxiety conditions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients remotely.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace conducive to virtual therapy sessions.
- Work from the office two days per week for six hours per shift (ex: 8am-2pm, 2pm-8pm)
- Evening and/or weekend availability
