What You'll Do
In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our business running smoothly by:
- Processing multi-state, bi-weekly payroll for 400 employees (PA, OH, NY).
- Ensuring payroll accuracy - collecting, calculating, and entering data in iSolved.
- Preparing reports on earnings, deductions, PTO, and more.
- Managing vendor invoices and ensuring timely entry into QuickBooks.
- Researching vendors for best pricing and maintaining company credit/phone accounts.
- Supporting employees with pay-related questions.

What We're Looking For
- At minimum, an Associate's degree in Accounting or related field. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3 years' experience in corporate payroll & accounts payable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) & QuickBooks.
- Strong attention to detail, math, and organizational skills.
- The right candidate will be dependable, solutions-focused, and bring a positive attitude to working with colleagues across the company.
