**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Help with design, development, and implementation of welding
quality standards.
- Oversee welding inspections, testing, and certification processes to
- Manage welding-related aspects of projects, including planning,
- Provide technical guidance and support to welding personnel and

- Help identify and implement process improvements to enhance welding
- Train and mentor welding staff on new techniques, safety practices,

- Minimum Qualifications/Experience:\
- Bachelors degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
experience in welding engineering or a related role within a
manufacturing or construction environment.
- Certified Welding Engineer (CWE) or Certified Welding Inspector
- Proficiency in welding techniques (e.g., TIG, MIG, SMAW), and
- Experience with CAD software, and other relevant engineering tools.
