We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resource
professional to support day-to-day HR operations. This role will handle
a wide range of human resource functions, including employee relations,
onboarding, compliance, talent acquisition and administrative support.

and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The
employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and
occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities
required by this job include close vision, color vision and the ability
to adjust focus.
**Work Environment:**
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet typical of what
is generally found in an office setting. The employee will occasionally
find it necessary to enter a manufacturing environment. The
manufacturing environment is typical of that type of setting employees
may be exposed to inclement weather, loud noises, tripping hazards; and
there may be exposure to sparks, welding arc, open flame, and moving
equipment.

- Lead recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate sourcing,
- Administer and maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personnel
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and
- Help develop and update HR policies, procedures, and job
- Perform other Human Resource activities as needed.
