Bilingual Project Coordinator – Residential Construction
Location: Byron, GA
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Day Shift

Premier Staffing Unlimited is seeking an experienced Bilingual Project Coordinator for a growing residential construction company in the Byron, GA area.
This is a hands-on position for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working both in the field and with crews, and able to help keep multiple residential construction projects moving on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily crew assignments and ensure teams are dispatched to the correct job sites on time
- Monitor subcontractor and crew progress throughout different phases of construction
- Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate work progress, quality, and crew performance
- Serve as a primary point of communication between office staff and field crews
- Identify job-site concerns, delays, or other issues and communicate them promptly
- Assist with job-site check-ins, progress updates, and field reporting
- Help keep crews accountable and projects moving according to schedule
- Coordinate information and instructions with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential construction, field supervision, project coordination, or a similar role
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions in the field
- Comfortable communicating with construction crews and subcontractors
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps for communication and reporting
- Dependable, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities
About the Position
This position offers an opportunity to take an active role in day-to-day field operations for a growing residential construction company. Projects may include fencing, decks, pavilions, screen porches, garages, home additions, hardscapes, and other residential improvements.
