The Sidney Location is Temporary
Premier Roofing is the leading source of roof replacements in central NY. We are a tight-knit, but quickly growing company, with a strong focus on customer service. In the Office Assistant position, you will be working closely with a passionate group of individuals in our Sidney, NY office, answering calls and performing other in-office tasks.
This is a 1099 Contract Position.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about our services
- Scheduling appointments and communicating with the team
- Recording and managing customer data in our CRM
- General administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
