What You’ll Do:
- Drive strategic growth of the Mission Critical business unit
- Lead business development efforts, proposal preparation, and pursuit strategies
- Oversee execution of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams
- Cultivate and maintain key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with executives to define and execute sector strategy
- Serve as a client advocate while managing risk, pricing, and project delivery
- Candidates should be well networked at the executive level in the data center space
- 15 years of construction experience, including 7 years in a senior leadership role focused on Mission Critical/Data Center projects
- Proven track record of building teams, delivering profitable projects, and driving operational excellence
- Strong client-facing skills and executive presence
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field
- Strategic executive leadership seat in a high-growth vertical
- Total compensation package around $500K
