SNOW PLOW DRIVER FOR 2026 - 2027 SEASON

We are looking to add a snowplow driver to our team for the 2024 - 2025 season. Please keep in mind that you'll only be working when there is snow fall of 2" or more and requires you to work on holidays and weekends if there is snow at that time as well. The right candidate will be reliable, self-motivated and have the ability to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate snow plow equipment (plow truck & snow blower) to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, sidewalks and other designated areas while causing minimal damage to the lawn
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow removal requests by management.
- Safely navigate plow trucks and other vehicles in snowy and icy conditions
- Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely snow removal
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including time spent on each job and materials used

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience in snow plowing and winter maintenance
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in adverse weather conditions
• Previous experience in snow plowing is a plus

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 50.0 per week

• • As you know, mother nature does not operate on a Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 schedule. Snow can be unpredictable and this position requires the snow plow driver to be available on-call, 24-7 when two or more inches of snow has fallen.... this includes weekends and holidays.
