Equipment Operator (Skid Steer & Loader):
As an Equipment Operator, you'll play a key role in our larger-scale snow removal operations, working under the supervision of a qualified area manager. You'll be responsible for operating heavy machinery to clear snow efficiently and effectively. Please let us know if you have experience with loader's.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with all company policies and safety procedures.
- Operate various snow removal equipment, including skid steers and loaders.
- Meet or exceed performance standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- General working knowledge of standard snow removal operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in harsh winter conditions for extended periods.
- Availability to work long/odd hours, including weekends.
- Reliable contact information for on-call purposes.
- Prior snow removal experience preferred.
