Maintenance Technician
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Status: Part Time (up to 25 hours per week)
Location: Nicholasville KY (2 Properties 60 units)
Duties to Include:
- Maintenance of buildings & units
- Light painting, landscaping, carpentry, turnover of units when tenants vacants,
- Minor plumbing & electrical repairs
- Snow removal from walkways
Qualifications: Successful candidates should have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Experience in apartment maintenance preferred, but not required. Must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, self-motivator and have their own tools. On call responsobilities required. We are flexible on scheduling for the right candidate.
Compensation: Based upon experience.
Start Date: Immediately
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 per week
Work Location: In person
