Intake Coordinator

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for clients by managing incoming inquiries, gathering accurate information, and ensuring a smooth intake process.

Fluency in Spanish is REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and referrals
• Conduct client intakes in both English and Spanish
• Collect, verify, and accurately document client information
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal staff
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all company policies
• Enter and update data in internal systems accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) – REQUIRED
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
• Previous intake, administrative, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable using computers, phones, and data entry systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
