- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out
- Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
- Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic health systems
- Coordinate referrals and communicate with other healthcare providers
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning
- High school diploma or equivalent required
