Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial properties through various lawn care and landscaping tasks. The Lawn Care Specialist will work with a variety of tools and equipment while ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure a well-manicured appearance.
• Execute landscape maintenance duties such as planting, weeding, and mulching.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment for efficient lawn care operations.
• Provide tree care services including tree trimming and removal as needed.
• Operate excavators and other machinery for landscaping projects.
• Assist in hardscape projects, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and repairs to ensure safety and functionality.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations.

Experience

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge related to the maintenance of landscaping equipment is preferred.
• Familiarity with horticulture practices, gardening techniques, and plant care is advantageous.
• Experience in construction or hardscape installation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
