Duties
- Perform lawn mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain vibrant turf health and aesthetic appeal
- Use ladders safely to access hard-to-reach areas for pruning or landscape enhancements
- Operate company vehicles and power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and commericial mowers efficiently and responsibly
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work performed and addressing any concerns professionally
Qualifications
- Prior outdoor work experience in lawn care, landscaping, or agriculture preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment required
- Knowledge of ladder use safety procedures and confined space entry safety protocols necessary for certain tasks
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles; clean driving record preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
