Outside Sales Representatives:
- Enjoy uncapped commission that is paid out weekly. Average annual earnings of over $150k, with a potential of reaching $300,000! We close higher than any home improvement company in the market. Average closing rate is 50% and the best part is our customers are calling us!

- Run WARM pre-set and pre-qualified appointments
- Over an 85% lending approval rate
- Less than a 10% cancellation rate
