Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ambitious Home Improvement Sales Representative looking to advance their career to a management role. We are looking for the correct individual to EARN a role as our Chicagoland Assistant Sales Manager with the intention of of further advancement within the company. Premier Home Pros is a process driven organization and the right candidate will perform above company standard KPI’s within our probationary period to be considered. Tasks include consulting with homeowners, preparing and presenting estimates, guiding customers through the sales process, assiting lower performers and reporting to the Operations Manager. You will regularly collaborate with the rest of the team to meet sales targets and deliver superior customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills to effectively close home improvement projects
• Strong communication, active listening, and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of home improvement, remodeling, or construction services is preferred
• Proficiency in time management and the ability to work independently in a travel setting
• Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus
• A results-driven mindset and the ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Willingness to learn and adapt to industry-specific products and services
• Drive to advance to management
• Strong ability to follow direction, give direction & lead others
