RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on weekends, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and high-quality patient care
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered by nursing staff, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents and patients
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, addressing concerns and issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including assessments, medications, and treatments
- Identify and report any concerns or issues related to patient safety, quality of care, or facility operations to management
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide coverage as needed
- Current RN license in the state of Florida
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (new grads welcome to apply!)
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability
