We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Restorative Aide to assist our rehabilitation team in providing high-quality patient care. In this role, you will work closely with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to design and implement personalized treatment plans that promote patient recovery and rehabilitation. Responsibilities:
- Assist rehabilitation therapists with exercises, treatments, and activities designed to promote patient recovery
- Must be willing participate in training, complete competencies and pass a written test with therapy
- Must be willing and able to assist residents with AROM, PROM, NUstep, Ambulation, Feeding, Transferring and Bed mobility.
- May be needed to assist with wound round weekly
- Must be willing to complete monthly and weekly weights.
- Provide basic care and hygiene assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition or behavior to the rehabilitation team
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients safely and efficiently
