This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care, or for individuals pursuing a future career as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathologist.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with treatment preparation and resident transport
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rehabilitation department
• Assist with therapy-related administrative tasks
• Support therapists in delivering efficient and effective patient care
• Monitor and stock therapy supplies
• Help create a positive and welcoming environment for residents and families
• Assist with documentation support and department organization as directed
  
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior healthcare, rehabilitation, SNF, or LTC experience preferred
• Interest in pursuing a career in rehabilitation or healthcare strongly encouraged
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Experience with Net Health is a plus, but not required
