- Direct and oversee daily rehabilitation operations
- Lead, mentor, and support therapy staff across disciplines
- Ensure high-quality clinical services and positive patient outcomes
- Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and departmental performance
- Collaborate with facility leadership, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor regulatory compliance and therapy documentation standards
- Support program development and strategic growth initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting using Net Health and PCC
- Current licensure as a PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP
- Prior rehabilitation management experience required
- Skilled Nursing Facility and/or Long-Term Care experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to motivate teams and drive clinical success
- Passion for resident-centered care and team development
