Registered Nurse RN Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
- Identify and address any issues or concerns related to patient care or staff performance
