Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of nurses, including directing and assigning tasks, providing guidance and mentorship, and addressing concerns and issues
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that the highest level of care is provided to each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and report on patient outcomes and quality of care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Pennsylvania
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on rehabilitation and long-term care preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans
