- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall functional independence
- Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to supervising therapists
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support residents in achieving their rehabilitation goals and maximizing quality of life
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Pennsylvania PTA License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
- Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required
- Passion for delivering exceptional resident-centered care
