Dietician Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and serve meals that meet the nutritional needs of our residents
• Conduct dietary assessments and develop personalized meal plans for each resident
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure that all dietary needs and restrictions are met
• Monitor and record food intake and health status of residents
• Develop and implement nutrition education programs for staff and residents

Dietician Requirements:

• Registered Dietician (RD) in the State of New York
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
