Job Summary

Premier Health Group is a physician-owned, multidisciplinary medical practice based in Clifton, NJ. We regularly hold community health screening events across the NJ and NY Metro area, and we are looking for a warm, organized, and energetic person to be the face of those events.

The Event Representative is responsible for the participant’s experience from the moment someone arrives to the moment they leave. This role ensures every attendee feels cared for, informed, and guided smoothly through each station of the event, with no unnecessary delays or confusion. This is an active, people-facing, full-time role requiring travel within NJ and NY.

This role will also require hands-on physical setup and breakdown of event equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the organization professionally at events, trade shows, conferences, and community engagements.
  • Welcome and assist attendees, guests, sponsors, and exhibitors.
  • Provide information about the company, products, services, or event activities.
  • Guides attendees through health screening stations in the correct sequence.
  • Keeps lines, waiting areas, and stations calm, organized, and clearly directed.
  • Support event setup, registration, and check-in processes.
  • Coordinate logistics, including signage, materials, equipment, and event supplies.
  • Promotes event participation and encourages attendee engagement.
  • Address attendee questions, concerns, and service issues in a timely manner.
  • Distributes promotional materials, giveaways, and informational resources.
  • Supports post-event tasks, including surveys, reporting, inventory management and maintains accurate event record keeping in both CRM and EMR systems.
  • Follows company policies, brand standards, and event safety procedures.
  • Represents Premier Health Group professionally at all times — as a highly visible ambassador of the practice in the community.
  • Travels to event locations across NJ and NY as scheduled.
  • Helps unpack, organize, and set up all equipment, signage, supplies, and station materials.
  • Works closely with clinical and administrative staff and events management to ensure event objectives are met.

**The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
