Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive retention and repeat business.
- Create and develop relationships with local colleges for recruitment and revenue generation purposes.
- Attend job fairs.
- Seek new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking events, cold calls, and targeted emails.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within prospective client organizations to generate interest and foster relationships.
- Foster relationships with industry professionals through networking events.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow and support clients within designated account segments.
- Educate clients about our company and keep them informed of new products and industry trends.
- Maintain detailed reports on field activity and client feedback.
- Reach out to a minimum of 10 new or dormant accounts each week to drive business growth.

- Perform additional duties as required.
- $18-$21 hourly, plus commission.
- 60% in the field, covering multiple territories; 40% remote/office.

- Strong cold-calling and networking skills.
- Territory management experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to client meetings.
