What You’ll Do:
- Be the day-to-day financial partner for a portfolio of clients, keeping records accurate and up-to-date
- Manage accounts payable and receivable with efficiency and care
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure clean, audit-ready books
- Assist with preparing financial reports that help clients make smart decisions
- Process payroll and handle related filings and reporting
- Support tax filings and compliance in coordination with our advisory team
- Communicate directly with clients to answer questions and provide financial clarity
- Ensure all work aligns with industry best practices and internal standards
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, in a CPA or Business Management Firm
- You’re detail-driven, accurate, and thrive on staying organized
- You’re fluent in tools like QuickBooks, Agilink, Datafaction, Xero, Excel, and cloud-based workflows
- You communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and teammates
- You can manage multiple deadlines and client needs without breaking a sweat
- You enjoy digging into financial puzzles and finding solutions
