Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of individual, business, estate, trust, gift, and non-profit clients
- Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements from start to finish
- Provide strategic tax advice and develop tailored client solutions
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Conduct complex tax research to resolve technical issues
- Support business development efforts and identify opportunities to expand services
- Stay current on tax law changes and industry trends
Qualifications
- Master’s in Taxation, MPA, or Bachelor’s in Accounting
- CPA
- 10 years of public accounting experience, with strong estate, trust & gift expertise
- Proven success in tax planning, compliance, and consulting
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-service skills
- Experience managing teams and multiple client relationships
- Familiarity with CCH Engagement and Axcess Tax software preferred

Salary : $120,000 - $170,000
